2Two letters types are very important .following both personal and business letter (also know this personal letter called Informal letter and business letter called Formal letter) for example to knowing you very easy. To please read and do it only one time practice.:-

1) Personal letter :-

Dear Sumer,

I hope you are happy, healthy and gay as ever.Yesterday I ran into your mother in the market. I was surprised to see her in the town.She said she had come to do some shopping.But she was anxious about you and your habit of wandering outside.According to her , you keep wasting your time in roaming around with boys of low repute and you have even started following their steps.

                Dear friend life is beautiful and time is fleeing away.Don't let it slip off just like that.Try to utilized it in reading good literature. Your mind will then roam around in the realm of imagination and will experience such things which you can not even think of.Literature is not only a pleasure it is a solace to the human soul and a feast for  human mind.

              By reading various books you will come to know how different people behaved in different circumstances.It will increase your knowledge as well as a give you a moral maturity. I implore you to begin

with Prem Chand's stories. They are profound amusing and educative too.

                    I hope you will follow my advice and will not take it otherwise. My regards for your parents and best wishes for you.

2) Business Letter :-

  

Letter  of grievance to the president of Municipal Committee of Delhi.

Sir,

   It seems that you have never paid a visit to the areas situated in West Delhi , otherwise the necessity of writing this letter might not have risen.

            I, on behalf of the resident of Jay Bhim Nagar,Want to complain against the insanitary conditions of our locality and careless attitude of the committee's workers which adds to our inconvenience.

                      The scavengers to not sweep the roads.They carry the garbage and dump it in some other place.The garbage carriage is seldom seen taking the dirt away. Consequently the locality is filled with stinking mug holes and heaps of garbage.

                    Seeing this awfully bad condition and proliferation of mosquitoes, when our residential welfare society's member scolded the scavengers, they retorted in anger and became more arrogant and careless in their duty.

                    Please take proper steps to solve our problem lest an epidemic should break out.
